The Lounge has a wonderful open fireplace and oak beams, and is reputed to be haunted by a local Lady, Charlotte Amiss, who played the drums whilst customers sang and watched her dog dance for pennies.

Offshot to the lounge is the pool room and darts board, and is one of the few venues where dominoes is a popular afternoon pastime for the locals. As well as offering live entertainment, there is a great juke box, Quiz and Fruit machines.

Tuesday night kicks off the week with a music quiz from the 60s through to the 90s hosted by well known former Peak FM presenter, Richard Spinks, together with a game of Bingo, Open the Box and Play Your Cards Right. A jackpot prize is available plus other prizes galore.

Every last Monday of the month you can be entertained by The New Orleans Jazz Band.

And on the last Friday of the month you can listen to the warm rich tones of Irish Folk Band, J J Galway from 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm.

Outside is a good sized car park and Beer Garden with covered smoking area.
